Why work with John? Trained by Positive Psychology founder Martin Seligman, John has been a strengths coach for 20 years. By co-authoring a book with What Color Is Your Parachute? founder Richard Bolles, John learned how to make complex topics actionable. No, it’s one to three sessions for discovering and developing your own unique strengths. It’s a great introduction to coaching, or to enhance your work with other coaches.

John will guide you through the PRISM-OCEAN framework, going deep into your results. It’s a highly interactive process, discovering unique strengths that you can’t learn from a test.

You’ll receive a calendar event for your chosen date and time, along with a Google Meet link for access to the call. You can reschedule if necessary.

Absolutely! We never share your information with anyone, and don’t store any of your test results. In the same way, we never share your coaching information with anyone.
